The Convener of the Team Marcus Organisation, Rt. Hon. Marcus Onobun, today paid a working visit to the Team Marcus Organisation Fashion Home, a dedicated training facility designed to equip indigent constituents with professional tailoring skills.
During the visit, Rt. Hon. Onobun inspected the facility and interacted directly with the current batch of trainees. He commended their dedication to mastering the craft and encouraged them to remain focused on the goal of economic independence.
The Team Marcus Organisation Fashion Home was established with a core mandate: to identify passionate but indigent individuals, provide them with top-tier tailoring and fashion design training, and ultimately empower them to launch and sustain their own businesses.
This initiative has a proven track record of transforming lives. Since its inception, the program has successfully trained over 100 constituents. Beyond just skills acquisition, the Organisation ensures these graduates are fully equipped for the marketplace by providing them with startup grants and brand-new sewing machines upon graduation.
By continuing to visit and evaluate the progress of the trainees, Rt. Hon. Onobun demonstrates a hands-on approach to grassroots development. The initiative remains a cornerstone of the Team Marcus Organisation’s broader agenda to eradicate poverty, foster entrepreneurship, and deliver tangible dividends of democracy to the people.
At Team Marcus Organisation, we are committed to building communities and growing people!
