Residents of Benin city have in the wake of the presentation of the 2022 budget estimates by Governors Godwin Obaseki to the state house of assembly described the newly renovated Chambers as world class and well deserving .
The residents explained that Edo State has come of age to become a state with modern. Infrastructure .
Mr Frank Odia said the newly renovated Chambers and complex which is still under renovation is long overdue , as the state still has structures from the colonial era.
On his part Mr odion Ehibue congratulated Governor Obaseki for the prudent management of the state’s resources and also congratulated the speaker RT hon Marcus Onobun on this feat during his tenure .
Mrs Joy Obanor called for the speedy passage of the budget and advised the house to give each sector of the state’s economy the needed attention.
The residents also called for the continued synergy between the Executive and legislative arms of governmen for the development of the state.
