The house standing committee on infrastructure today Friday 30th August 2019 visited Edo City Transport Service to oversights on the activities and infrastructures of the establishment.
The group Managing Director Mrs Agbonlaghor Edujie took the members of the committee ably led by its chairman Hon. Marcus Onobun around the facilities of the establishment.
In her remarks the managing director highlighted some of the challenges currently faced by the establishment ranging from the flooring of the compound and the refurbishing of some of the vehicles. She also thank the executive governor of the state, Mr Godwin Obaseki who have graciously approved the supplies to meet such challenges.
The chairman of the committee Hon. Marcus Onobun in his remarks expressed satisfaction with the effort of the Governor of the state to revamp the transport sector. He assured the people of the state that the EDHA will work adequately with the governor to ensure in the shortest possible time, more vehicles will be made available to easy transportation across the state.
